How2Revise offers free technique lessons and a Biology walkthrough without an account. Their typed answers stay in the open browser tab and make no AI-provider request. Parent-managed photo lessons are a separate invited test for declared ages 13–16. Public account registration and real payments remain closed.

Free lessons let pupils use an example or keep their own schoolwork beside them. The guided Biology practice uses only its built-in source and checks a typed practice answer inside the open tab. A pupil should never type their full name, address, school, phone number, password or another person’s private information.
The free lessons use a built-in example or work beside you. Eligible photo testers should send only material they may use, with personal details covered.
How2Revise teaches a method. It does not replace a teacher, course specification or authorised source.
You can pause a lesson, change activity or leave. There are no streaks or leaderboards.
Free technique lessons keep a small checkpoint in this browser tab for up to two hours: the age band, selected method, step and practice outcomes. It contains no typed answers, photos or schoolwork. Typed answers stay in memory while the page is open and disappear after a reload. The checkpoint is not an online pupil profile.
The guided Biology walkthrough uses its built-in source and an in-tab answer checker. It sends no schoolwork or answer to an AI provider. Refreshing or closing the page clears its typed attempt.
Invited photo testers use a separate parent-authorised flow. A no-card allowance can retain one encrypted lesson, including source excerpts, for seven days; parents can delete it sooner. The original photo and typed answers are not saved in that allowance. Read the photo privacy details.
Older Reset drafts may remain on a device until their original 24-hour expiry or until cleared using the cookie and local-storage controls. New free lessons do not create those drafts. We do not describe How2Revise as “100% safe”, “fully monitored” or an emergency service. Every child-facing account, payment or real-image feature remains separately fail-closed until its named owner, required evidence and operational tests are complete.

Our design work uses the Information Commissioner’s Children’s Code. Any future learner-facing AI must also pass controls based on the Department for Education’s generative AI product safety standards. These references do not mean either regulator or department approves How2Revise.
