Current release

There is no live account or billing help to use yet.

The public site and no-login reset are open. Account creation, saved pupil profiles, subscriptions, free trials, payment collection, uploads and free-text AI remain closed until their required gates pass.

Someone asked for card details?

Do not enter them. No current public How2Revise journey should take a payment or activate a subscription. The support inbox is not active; keep a record and use the postal route above if necessary.

Questions about the free reset

Does it upload my schoolwork?

No. Keep the material beside you. The reset asks for a short target, but it does not accept a document, photo or school account login.

Where is my reset draft stored?

The chosen material type, short target, confidence, three recall questions, retry outcome, return choice, current timer and step can be reopened for 24 hours from when the draft is created. How2Revise clears it at that deadline while the site is running, or on the next How2Revise visit if the browser was closed or suspended. Completion, the site controls or your browser settings remove it sooner. Read Cookies and local storage.

Is the reset an AI chatbot?

No. It follows a fixed, human-written sequence. Free-text AI is closed. Read How2Revise and AI.

Does it tell me whether a subject answer is correct?

No. How2Revise teaches a revision process. Compare subject content with your notes, teacher feedback, authorised mark scheme or another trusted source.

Privacy requests and complaints

Write to ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX, marking the envelope “Privacy”. Explain what happened and the outcome you want, but include only the minimum information needed. A child may have their own data-protection rights; do not assume an adult can receive every piece of a child’s information.

Data-protection complaints must be acknowledged within 30 days and handled without undue delay under the current UK rules. Read the privacy notice for the full route and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner.

Security or copyright

The electronic security-reporting route is not active yet. Do not test a suspected weakness against another person’s data or disrupt the service. A safe written report can be posted to the registered office above, marked “Security”.

A copyright or legal notice can be posted to the registered office above, marked “Legal”, with the page address, the work concerned and enough information to assess it. Do not send a full copy of a protected work unless it is necessary and lawful.
