Is the trial really the full product?

The planned seven-day trial is intended to include the full paid product. Trials cannot be started while checkout remains closed.

Do I need a payment method?

No payment details are collected now. When checkout opens, a parent or carer will need a payment method and will see the exact first-charge date before starting the trial.

Can I cancel online?

The planned adult account includes online cancellation. No subscription can currently be started, so there is nothing to cancel yet.

What if I have two children?

When paid accounts open, one parent login will be able to manage both, with a separate planned £14.99 monthly subscription for each pupil.

Are accessibility features extra?

No. Core accessibility support is not an upgrade and is never sold as an add-on.
