Current payment status

No payment is taken for the public service.

General public paid signup is closed. Free revision guidance remains available. Invited parents have a separate controlled account route; owner-only Stripe sandbox checkouts do not charge real money.

Effective and last updated: 2 October 2026

Subscriptions are closed. General public subscriptions and AI access remain closed. Approved testers can use the features enabled for their controlled account. Existing testers manage billing state in their parent Billing area.

What this means today

  • You do not need to cancel the free public website.
  • How2Revise should not charge a card or bank account.
  • Controlled test subscription state can be managed in parent Billing; sandbox money is not a real payment.
  • Clearing a local reset draft is a privacy action, not a cancellation. Use the controls on our Cookies and local storage page.

References to planned pricing

You may see references to a planned offer for one declared 13–16 pupil, with at least seven full days free followed by £14.99 per month. While checkout remains closed, those references are not an offer, do not reserve a price and cannot create a trial or recurring payment agreement.

Before we accept any payment, the adult purchaser will be shown the exact total price, trial start and end, first charge date, monthly renewal, live feature list, service limits, online cancellation route, refund position and statutory rights beside the final action. The prepared release policy offers a full first-charge refund requested within 14 days, honours the contract cancellation window without relying on a cooling-off waiver, and refunds unused purchased units on account closure. Its refund journeys still require implementation and verification; this closed-service page does not activate that offer. Reviewed subscription terms must replace this closed-service notice before checkout opens.

The cancellation, refund and cooling-off candidate maps the unresolved future click path and policy. It is not a working cancellation form, has no effective date and cannot be accepted while subscriptions are closed.

If you see an unexpected charge

Email billing@how2revise.com and copy support@how2revise.com. Include your name, the charge date, amount and the last four card digits if needed to identify it. Never email a full card number, security code, online-banking password or one-time passcode.

Contact your bank or card provider promptly if you do not recognise a charge or believe payment details have been misused. A genuine How2Revise support message will not ask for a password, security code or remote access to your device.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes a right or remedy provided by UK consumer law. GOV.UK explains the information and cancellation rules that normally apply when a trader begins distance selling. Those rules will be applied to the final service and contract classification before a paid launch; this page does not try to give individual legal advice.

Who would take a future payment?

Any future contract would be with ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, company number 12568562, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX, trading as How2Revise. A pupil will not be asked to purchase. The adult purchaser’s checkout and billing area must remain separate from the pupil experience.
